Pre-Order Items

Pre-Order products are estimated to require up to 35 days for processing.

This timeframe includes:

  • Production & manufacturing
  • Quality control
  • Packing & handling
  • Shipment preparation

Pre-Order processing times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and demand.


Shipping Times

Shipping begins after your order has completed processing.

United States

  • Estimated Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Orders

  • Shipping times vary by country and shipping method.
  • Your estimated delivery timeframe and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or carrier delays that are outside of PRPHRNLIA's control.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation email.


Shipping Delays

All processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

PRPHRNLIA is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

PRPHRNLIA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order has been shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, PRPHRNLIA is no longer responsible for the package.

If your package is:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Delayed
  • Marked as delivered but not received

Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
