RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At PRPHRNLIA, all purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your selected size, color, quantity, and shipping information.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your item arrived damaged or manufacturing defective.

If your order meets one of these conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Ordering the wrong color or style
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Normal wear after use
  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

PRPHRNLIA is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery delays
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed after shipment, you must contact the shipping carrier or your local post office directly to file a claim or request assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

PRPHRNLIA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to request an address update.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as processing begins shortly after purchase.
